Exchange Policy

We at Dabbor care about the satisfaction of our customers and strive to provide the highest quality products. If you wish to exchange the product you received for another product, you can request an exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Exchange period: The exchange period is available for a period of 3 to 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be in its original and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
2. General terms of exchange:
   • The switch request must be submitted within the specified switch period.
   • The product must be in its original condition and undamaged.
   • The product must be unused and in new condition.
   • All original accessories and packaging must be included.
   • Original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
3. Switching process:
   • Contact our customer service team during the switch period to submit a switch request.
   • You will be provided with instructions on how to return the product and the exchange address.
   • The customer will bear the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
